Our surgeons practice their surgical skills diligently, and implement new techniques as soon as they demonstrate patient benefit. Our bariatrician personally tailors your medical program to fit your needs and goals. Our professionals and staff have undergone sensitivity training, and are hand picked for their customer service skills and compassionate patient care.

Our experience comes from the conduct of over 5,000 bariatric surgical procedures, dating back to the 1980’s. This experience means that we will be well prepared for your situation, whether it is simple or complex. Experience means that we will be here for you in future years, in case you need us.

New Dimensions has a very low rate of surgical complications, and an excellent rate of lifelong weight control. With the addition of a full-time bariatrician on staff, New Dimensions has further committed to achieving the results our patients desire and need for a healthy life.
As a natural result of our sustained efforts, New Dimensions has been designated as a Center of Excellence in bariatric surgery. This designation is awarded by an independent external review agency called the Surgical Review Corporation, and it is granted only after extensive review confirms that a program has all the pieces in place to achieve outstanding outcomes in terms of safety and effectiveness.

- two experienced bariatric operators participate in every bariatric procedure
- every surgeon in the practice does bariatric surgery regularly
- almost all bariatric procedures are done laparascopically (minimally invasive)
- we use multiple synergistic interventions for pain control for surgery
- we are experienced and proficient in a variety of surgical procedures to meet individual patient needs, including Gastric Bypass, Gastric Banding, Sleeve Gastrectomy, and revision surgery. We are active in research efforts in next generation surgical techniques such as Gastric pacing.
